π September 2025 – Monthly Goal Review
Taking the thrown lemons and turning them in pickles
π― Personal Goals
Don’t die or have near-death experiences
✅ I managed to keep myself safe with insane travel, so i consider this done.Enjoy one solo dinner per month
❌ I missed this one in SeptemberMeditate 10 min on 15 days/month
❌ This is still pendingAvoid writing to acquaintances <6 months; write 2 letters to self
first part is done, the next part is where i need to work onTake at least 5 photos/week
I took a few pictures, but i have also observed that i almost don't like taking pictures, if i try to do it making myself push for it, I miss out on the joy of moment. In a choice between being in moment and recording present for when it becomes my past, i would choose the former anyday.Limit cheat meals (samosa, biryani, gol gappas) to 1×/week
I don't even recall what all i ate, it has definetly been haywire. I want to improve a lot on, i have started taking on vitamin d supplements, maybe being at home this month helps. i am counting on it.
π️♂️ Logging Goals
π️♂️ Gym 4×/week
2 gym days, I have been irregular as well as my health needed some help. I think the rest was needed but, i also think i had been indesciplined, partly both. I would like to be regular again, as that helps me be confident, and feel good. I would restart again, the doctor also asked me to compulsorily include it everyday as well.
πͺ Pushups/Situps/Planks (Weekly target: 100 pushups, 100 situps, 15 min planks)
No push ups, and no planks. I am guility as pleadedππ
π± Screen Time – Goal: Max 2.5 hrs/day
An average of 4 hours and 42 minutes
However this is the data of only 8 days, i will fix this one

I just have been surviving the runs now, no mileage and i just show up, this has been a lot of self respect play last few runs.

✅ Exited part of stocks: Added some nifty and sold divis lab and mafang
❌ No gold investment — its running like a wildfire, and you don't run after the wildfire

✅ Invested in friendships - Yes, yes, yes and it feels so much better,
✅ Instagram: I am partially in again, but i don't see a point. trying to coexist, my reason for coming back was missing one of my past friends life update.
✅ No forced or one-sided connections
✅ No appearance-based comments
✅ Talking more with mom — relationship improving
⚠️ Not consistent with sister or full inner circle — still working on it
+➕move away from twitter completely. - I am still fighting the temptation, not been able to get off it completely

π October Priorities
Set sleep and wake time: I think there is a lot of easy gain here since i am at home, I am going to grab it with both hands
TODO list — I want to restart it

- Blog more here. and ditch phone
- Meditations: take 30 long breathes each night.
