Don’t die or have near-death experiences

🛑 I am bigger than my urges, I have to carry this body over next forty years, so eat accordingly, no mindless urges would be entertained any longer.

3 gym days. 18 days i was not here, so its 3/12 days not good at all but building the good habits now
