E for Energy

This is my fifth post in the A-Z blog challenge.

Do you believe in God?

If yes what's your reason to believe, or what is it that makes you believe in him/her.

I classify myself as a believer, not a believer in terms of following all the customs and going to the temple every day, but in believing in the existence of something superior to myself in the universe. I believe that there is an energy that is mighty more powerful than I can imagine, and that oversees the universe and follows a set pattern. The same one who makes the sun rise in the east, trees grow in soil, waves come and go from the seashores and we humans keep repeating the same mistakes 😉.

As a child, I was under the impression that I have an infinite amount of energy, and I wanted to do everything I could land my hands at. But now I realize it's a finite amount that you get in your lifetime. It's important for us to consciously choose where we spend any given chunk of it from the fixed quota that we have.

I believe every one of us as humans radiates some energy, which is the same as an aura even. Some people radiate positive energy I call them radiators, while some radiate negative energy I call them drains. Radiators are the people whom you feel energetic being around. They make you feel good about yourself and give you the inspiration to grow yourself. While there are people who would want to pull you down at every chance they get. Being close to them sucks all your energy and motivation out.

We need to choose who we spent our most time with. Till recently I felt that it was not okay to keep sitting, praying, and waiting for Radiators to come into our lives. And with time, I now realize that the world is filled with suckers. It's your own responsibility to kick your ass off and move to find Radiators in your life and make an attempt to keep them around you always. Rather than waiting till your energy drops to zero, move and find those who boost your energy, every time you feel like giving up.

A special thank you to my special Radiator friend for giving me today's title.

Let me know in the comments, if this post reminds you of any of your Radiator friends.

  1. Nice terms, you used in your blog, "Energy Radiator" and Energy Drainer".

In life, everyone is searching "Energy Radiator", but luckily few get it. Most of them get "Energy Drainer". It's your choice to go out and search for your "Energy Radiator", if you will be lucky then you will get. Otherwise you have an another choice, to be an "Energy Radiator" and other will be lucky to have you in their life, and may be in this process, you would get your "Energy Radiator" of your life, who knows.
